Question-1 How to create new menu item?
Answer-

First we create category
           Example-         category- Food
                                  Item Name- Tandoori Roti
 
Category Information:- By this option, you can insert Category Information.

  • First go to Master Settings
  • click on Basic
  • Go to Category Information
  • Select Department
  • Select Restaurant Name
  • Select Reception
  • Select Tax Name
  • Insert Category
  • Save

 

After that, we create Menu Item Name
 

Menu Item Information:-  By this option, you can create Menu Item.

  • First go to Master Settings
  • Click on Menu Card
  • Go to Menu Item Information
  • Click on New Button
  • Select on Department
  • Select on Restaurant/Bar Name
  • Select on Reception
  • Select on Category Name
  • Insert Item Name
  • Insert Menu Type
  • Insert Quantity
  • Select Unit
  • Mention Charges
  • Save
     
Question-2 How to change Menu Item Rate, Item Code, Menu Item Name?
Answer-

Menu Item Information:-  By this option, you can change your menu item rate, item code and Menu Item name.
 

  • First go to Master Settings
  • Click on Menu Card
  • Go to Menu Item Information


Menu Item Rate:-

  • Double click on Item name series in the table
  • Click on charge
  • Change charge rate
  • Update


Item Code:- 

  •  Double click on menu item name series in the table
  • Click on menu type
  • change item code
  • Update.


Menu Item Name:-

  • Double click on menu item series in the table
  • Click on Item Name
  • Change Item Name
  • Update



 

Question-3 How to Billing?
Answer-

First we set wine n Dine serial no.
Wine n Dine Serial No.:- By this option you can set table.

  • First go to Master Setting
  • Click on set order no./Bill no.
  • click on Wine n Dine Serial No.
  • Select Restaurant
  • Select Restaurant Name
  • Put the String Value
  • Insert Bill no.
  • Insert Numeric value
  • Save
  •  

Second we set Printer Setting
Printer Setting:- By this option you can set printer.

  • First go to Master Settings
  • click on Master Settings
  • Select the Printer Settings
  • Click on Restaurant
  • Select Restaurant Name
  • Select Bill Printer
  • Select KOT Printer
  • Save

Then go to F n B
F n B:- By this option you can generate your bill.

  •  Go to F n B
  •  Click on Restaurant
  •  Click on Restaurant Billing
  •  Select Restaurant Name (like USPFC)
  • Click on table no.
  • Add Table
  • Add Item Name
  • Add Qty.
  • Select Payment Mode
  • Print Bill

View Bill:- By this option you can preview your bill.

Settlement Bill:- By this option you can edit or settlement of you bill.

Void:- If any item add by mistake or wrong entry, you can void item by this option.

Table Transfer:- By this option you can easily transfer your table.

  • Click on Table Transfer option
  • Enter table no.
  • Describe Reason
  • Table Transfer


Print Bill:- By this option you can easily get your bill receipt.

Cancel Bill:- By this option you can also cancel your bill.

Discounts:- By this option you can give discounts to your customers by two option either % or Rs.
